concerning your weird headache – what was your caffeine intake on that day compared to a typical day?
It took me quite some time to figure out that my weird weekend headaches were actual a caffeine withdrawal symptom…
Only figured it out by coincidence when I noticed they immediately went away after a double espresso shot 🙂

My caffeine intake was about the same as any other day. I got up, had some tea (herbal, no caffeine) and then moved to black coffee. The reason I don’t think that was this particular issue was I got about 1/3 through the cup and my stomach felt odd so I stopped. Then I just had plain water and about an hour of rest without sleeping. I bet I’ve had a caffeine headache, but that day wasn’t one of them. Thanks for commenting!
